...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 5.0 feet, Water is about two feet over portions of
  Four Oaks Ranch Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 4.7 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:15 PM CDT Thursday was 4.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 4.0 feet Tuesday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 4.0 feet.

...COASTAL FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Significant coastal flooding.

* WHERE...In Louisiana, West Cameron and East Cameron Parishes.
  In Texas, Lower Jefferson County.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property
  including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure
  will be inundated. Some shoreline erosion will occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Near the coast, tides of 2.0 to 2.5 feet
  MHHW will recede tonight and rise again early Friday morning to
  between 1.5 and 2.0 feet MHHW. Further inland, tides of 2.0 to
  2.5 feet MHHW will recede tonight and rise back to around 2.0
  feet MHHW early Friday. Tides will remain elevated for several
  hours, with significant flooding expected to persist.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. If
travel is required, do not drive around barricades or through
water of unknown depth.
