...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central and south central Virginia, including
  the following counties, in central Virginia, Prince Edward. In
  south central Virginia, Brunswick, Lunenburg, Mecklenburg and
  Nottoway.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Additional Moderate to locally heavy rainfall is possible
    through 8am along a stalled frontal boundary.
