Isolated to scattered thunderstorms remain possible through this evening, potentially resulting in brief heavy downpours. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday. The Storm Prediction Center has placed portions of eastern New York and western New England in a Slight Risk for severe thunderstorms Thursday. While most storms will be capable of producing brief, heavy downpours, stronger to severe storms will also be capable of producing strong to damaging wind gusts Thursday afternoon and evening. There is a chance for additional afternoon and evening thunderstorms Friday through Monday.
