This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central and
southern Minnesota, and west central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

There is a moderate risk (level 3 of 4) of excessive rainfall and
flash flooding through tonight across southern Minnesota. Additional
bouts of thunderstorms with heavy rain are expected this
evening through tonight in much of the same areas that saw rain
Friday morning.

There is Slight Risk of severe storms (level 2 of 5) across
southern Minnesota. A warm front has set up along the I-90
corridor, with numerous thunderstorms developing along and north
of it this evening through tonight. The primary hazard are
damaging wind gusts and heavy rain.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Thunderstorms with heavy rain will be possible through Saturday
morning.

River levels will continue rising through late next week with
some locations reaching moderate or major flood stage. Additional
rain could worsen the flooding.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SKYWARN spotter activation may be needed for severe weather.
Rainfall reports will also be appreciated.
