Heat index values above 100 degrees expected across southwest Minnesota this afternoon. There is an Enhanced Risk (3/5) for severe weather this evening. Damaging winds are the primary threat, though all hazards are possible. A Flash Flood Watch has also been issued for portions of eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin as the risk for training thunderstorms has increased. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday. Another period of active weather is expected Thursday afternoon through Friday night. Severe weather and localized flash flooding will be possible once again. River levels will continue rising through late next week with some locations reaching moderate or major flood stage. Additional rain could worsen the flooding. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
