NOTICE...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Red Wing.

* WHEN...From this evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Red Wing Milling Company may experience
  basement flooding and begin pumping.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 915 AM CDT Wednesday, the stage was 13.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this evening and continue rising to a crest of 15.7 feet
    early Monday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    15.8 feet on 04/01/2019.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY EVENING UNTIL
FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...No flooding is currently forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Lake City.

* WHEN...From Thursday evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding occurs and some
  residential sections near the river are evacuated. Water and Sewer
  service is turned off along Central Point Road. In Wisconsin,
  structures on Barney`s Point are inacessible due to inundated
  access route. Stockholm Village Park is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 15.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    Thursday evening and continue rising to a crest of 17.1 feet
    Monday evening.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    16.1 feet on 04/25/1979.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central and
southern Minnesota, and west central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

River levels will continue rising through late week with some
locations with moderate or major flood stage observed during the
crest. Additional impactful rain is not expected until later this
week.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Another period of active weather is expected Thursday night through
Friday. Severe weather and localized flash flooding will be
possible once again.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SKYWARN spotter activation will not be needed.
