A few strong to severe storms are possible Tuesday night, mostly west of the Mississippi River. Some flood risk may develop where repeated rounds of storms occur. Additional rounds of heavy rainfall are possible towards the end of the week, which will increase the risk of river and flash flooding. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... * WHERE...Mississippi River at Wabasha.
* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, The railroad underpass on Highway 60 may
be flooded. Flooding is also possible along Lawrence Boulevard and
Main Street East. Some businesses near the river may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
