Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Minnesota...central Wisconsin...
southwest Wisconsin and west central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A Flood Watch for flash flooding and river flooding is in effect
for today due to forecast heavy rain. Please reference this
product for more information.

Severe storms possible this afternoon and evening that could
bring damaging winds and possibly a tornado.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

There remains potential for another round of severe thunderstorms
on Monday night into Tuesday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

May be needed for a short time this afternoon in northeast Iowa
and southwest Wisconsin.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Minnesota, including the following
  counties, Fillmore, Houston, Mower and Winona and Wisconsin,
  including the following counties, Clark, Jackson, La Crosse and
  Monroe.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water
  crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding
  of creeks and rivers are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
