This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southeast
Minnesota...northeast Iowa and southwest into central Wisconsin.

Flooding continues along many area rivers. Please see the latest
flood statements for additional details.

Thunderstorms are possible tonight, some possibly severe with
damaging winds, large hail, and localized heavy rain.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Flooding will continue along many area rivers. Please see the
latest flood statements for additional details.

A few storms are possible across northeast Iowa into southwest
Wisconsin on Tuesday, but confidence for organized severe storms
is low.

Thunderstorm chances return Thursday night into Friday night, but
it is too early to determine any severe weather risk.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Although a few groups could be requested this evening, widespread
spotter activation is unlikely.

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Wisconsin...

  Yellow River at Necedah affecting Juneau County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Yellow River at Necedah.

* WHEN...From Monday afternoon to late Thursday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 13.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 16.3 feet Tuesday
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday
    afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    16.3 feet on 05/03/2014.

  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

  the dam. Highway Z and HH are likely closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:10 PM CDT Sunday the flow was 28,133.0 cfs.
  - Bankfull flow is 10,000 cfs.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this evening to a crest of 38,300.0 cfs Tuesday morning.
    It will then fall below flood stage early Wednesday morning.
  - Flood flow is 30,000.0 cfs.
  - Flood History...No available flood history.
