This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southeast
Minnesota...northeast Iowa and southwest into central Wisconsin.

Flooding continues along many area rivers. Please see the latest
flood statements for additional details.

Severe thunderstorms are possible tonight, with damaging winds
the primary threat. Additionally, severe hail and perhaps a
tornado cannot be ruled out.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Flooding will continue along many area rivers. Please see the
latest flood statements for additional details.

Thunderstorm chances return Thursday night into Friday night, but
it is too early to determine any severe weather risk.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Wisconsin...

  Wisconsin River at Castle Rock Dam affecting Juneau and Adams
  Counties.

.The Castle Rock Dam is expected to increase flow Tuesday morning to
near Flood Flow and remain steady there for roughly 24 hours before
falling below flood flow on Wednesday into Thursday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* WHERE...Wisconsin River at Castle Rock Dam.

* WHEN...Until Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 30,000.0 cfs, Localized flooding occurs near Highway
  Z and HH downstream of the dam.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:10 AM CDT Monday the flow was 28,210.0 cfs.
  - Bankfull flow is 10,000 cfs.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood flow
    early tomorrow afternoon and remain steady until Wednesday
    morning before falling below flood flow by Thursday.
  - Flood flow is 30,000.0 cfs.
