Another cold front and increasing moisture will result in thunderstorms tonight. The thunderstorms will likely become high impact with very strong winds and heavy rainfall. Small hail is also possible with any storms. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday Runoff from recent heavy rains will cause many rivers and streams to continue rise through the week, with localized flooding possible. There is a slight chance for thunderstorms Tuesday evening and night, as well as Friday into Saturday. Again, will have to monitor for flooding. Warm temperatures and high dew points will cause heat index values to rise into the lower to middle 90s on Tuesday. It will be cooler on Wednesday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation will be needed tonight. Any reports of damaging winds, excessive rainfall or flooding will be appreciated. $$

Baraboo River Near Baraboo affecting Sauk and Columbia Counties.
South Branch Rock River At Waupun affecting Fond du Lac County.
Rock River At Afton affecting Winnebago and Rock Counties.
Spring Creek At Lodi affecting Columbia County.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...South Branch Rock River at Waupun.
* WHEN...Until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, Floodwaters affect a park, a picnic area,
and some roadways adjacent to the river. Gateway Dr. is flooded.
County Park Rd (Hwy MMM) is closed at the bridge as the river
flows around the north end of bridge. This level is the 20 percent
chance flood meaning that there is a 20 percent chance in any
given year of the river reaching this level. Shaler Park and Pine
St Park closed.
