Mississippi River at La Crosse affecting La Crosse, Houston and Vernon Counties. Mississippi River at McGregor affecting Clayton, Allamakee, Crawford and Grant Counties. Mississippi River at Winona affecting Winona, Buffalo and Trempealeau Counties. Mississippi River at Wabasha affecting Wabasha and Buffalo Counties.
