duration for the following rivers in Wisconsin...Minnesota...

  Mississippi River at Lake City affecting Wabasha, Pepin and
  Goodhue Counties.

...Forecast flooding changed to Moderate severity for the following
rivers in Wisconsin...Iowa...Minnesota...

  Mississippi River at McGregor affecting Crawford, Clayton, Grant
  and Allamakee Counties.

  Mississippi River at Winona affecting Trempealeau, Winona and
  Buffalo Counties.

  Mississippi River at Wabasha affecting Wabasha and Buffalo
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at McGregor.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 19.6 feet, The road to the Prairie du Chien waste
  water treatment facility is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 17.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:45 AM CDT Wednesday was 17.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 20.3 feet
    Wednesday, July 03. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    20.2 feet on 10/04/1986.
