Flood Watch remains through Saturday evening. There continues to be potential for thunderstorms through the day Saturday. There is increased potential to see strong to severe thunderstorms Saturday afternoon and evening. Main concern will be damaging winds, but cannot rule out an isolated tornado or large hail. * WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central, south central, and southeast
Wisconsin, including the following counties, in east central
Wisconsin, Fond du Lac and Sheboygan. In south central Wisconsin,
Columbia, Dane, Green, Green Lake, Iowa, Lafayette, Marquette,
Rock and Sauk. In southeast Wisconsin, Dodge, Jefferson,
Washington and Waukesha.
* WHEN...Through Saturday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Additional rounds of thunderstorms with heavy rainfall are
expected tonight into Saturday evening.
