This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of east central
Wisconsin, south central Wisconsin and southeast Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

A Tornado Watch is in effect until 8pm this evening for Columbia,
Dane, Green, Iowa, Lafayette, Rock, and Sauk Counties.

Multiple rounds of scattered thunderstorms expected through this
evening, with heavy rainfall potentially leading to flash and
river flooding over susceptible regions. A Flood Watch is in
effect through early tonight.

A line of strong to severe thunderstorms may produce damaging
winds and a few isolated tornadoes this afternoon and evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Saturday

Chances for thunderstorms develop again Monday night through
Tuesday night, as well as Friday into Saturday.

EVENING FOR SOUTHWESTERN COLUMBIA, NORTHWESTERN DANE AND
SOUTHEASTERN SAUK COUNTIES...

At 723 PM CDT, the public reported thunderstorms producing heavy
rain in Lodi, with widespread road flooding. Flash flooding is
already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Public reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Portage, Prairie Du Sac, Sauk City, Lake Wisconsin, Deforest,
  Lodi, Poynette, Pardeeville, Mazomanie, Black Earth, Rio, Dane,
  Arlington, Wyocena, Merrimac, Harmony Grove, Okee, Interstate
  90/94 Interchange, Marxville and Morrisonville.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

extending from near Windsor to 6 miles southeast of Dodgeville,
moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

At 714 PM CDT, a confirmed large and extremely dangerous tornado was
located over Marshall, moving east at 25 mph.

This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!

HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.

IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris may
         be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes
         will be destroyed. Considerable damage to homes,
         businesses, and vehicles is likely and complete destruction
         is possible.

Lake Mills, Marshall, Waterloo, Milford, and Hubbleton.

  rain in Waunakee, with flooding on Moravian Valley Rd. Between 1
  and 3 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1
  to 3 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is already occurring.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Public reported.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, south central, and southeast
  Wisconsin, including the following counties, in east central
  Wisconsin, Fond du Lac and Sheboygan. In south central Wisconsin,
  Columbia, Dane, Green, Green Lake, Iowa, Lafayette, Marquette,
  Rock and Sauk. In southeast Wisconsin, Dodge, Jefferson,
  Washington and Waukesha.

* WHEN...Until midnight CDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains
  and ditches may become clogged with debris.
