a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Wisconsin...Illinois...

  Sugar River At Brodhead affecting Rock, Green and Winnebago
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING TO TUESDAY EVENING...
...REPLACES RIVER FLOOD WATCH...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sugar River at Brodhead.

* WHEN...From this evening to Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 5.5 feet, Some roads are flooded about 6 miles
  downstream in Avon Township in Rock County. In the Avon Bottoms
  area of Rock County, flooding is occurring in Sugar River Park.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 4.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 4.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this evening to a crest of 5.5 feet tomorrow morning. It will
    then fall below flood stage early Tuesday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 5.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    5.5 feet on 06/23/2014.

cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Rock River at Afton.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 10.1 feet, Floodwaters affect the property of a home
  on South Christian Road on the east side of the river in the Afton
  area. Minor erosional flood damage occurs to lowland and
  agricultural land adjacent to the river the Afton and Janesville
  areas. This level is the 20 percent chance flood meaning that
  there is a 20 percent chance in any given year of the river
  reaching this level.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 9.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:00 AM CDT Sunday was 9.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 9.7
    feet just after midnight tonight.
  - Flood stage is 9.0 feet.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of east central
Wisconsin, south central Wisconsin and southeast Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Runoff from recent heavy rains will cause many rivers and streams
to rise, with localized flooding possible.

Clearing skies and wet ground could lead to patchy fog across the
area late tonight into Monday morning. The fog could be locally
dense at times.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Sunday

Runoff from recent heavy rains will cause many rivers and streams
to continue rise through the week, with localized flooding
possible.

There is a chance for thunderstorms Monday night through Tuesday
night, as well as Friday into Saturday. A few storms could be
strong to severe in both time periods.

Warm temperatures and high dew points will cause heat index values
to rise into the lower to middle 90s on Tuesday.
