  Central Bay County in the panhandle of Florida...

* Until 830 PM CDT.

* At 435 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported flooded roads across
  Lynn Haven and Panama City. Flash flooding is already occurring.
  Additional rainfall is on the way.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
           flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Panama City, Lynn Haven, Panama City Beach, Callaway, Springfield,
  Hiland Park, Tyndall Air Force Base, Parker, Millville, Dirego
  Park, Cedar Grove, Magnolia Beach, Bay Harbor, Beacon Beach, St

  Gadsden, Holmes, Inland Bay, Inland Franklin, Inland Gulf, Inland
  Jefferson, Inland Wakulla, Jackson, Leon, North Walton, Northern
  Liberty, South Walton, Southern Liberty and Washington, and
  Georgia, including the following areas, Baker, Calhoun, Clay,
  Colquitt, Decatur, Dougherty, Early, Grady, Lee, Miller, Mitchell,
  Quitman, Randolph, Seminole, Terrell, Thomas and Worth.

* WHEN...From 2 PM EDT  /1 PM CDT/ this afternoon through Saturday
  evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Hurricane Isaias is expected to bring bands of heavy rainfall to
    the area. Widespread totals of 4 to 8 inches are expected with
    localized amounts of 10 to 15 inches. Given saturated soils from
    recent heavy rainfall, flash flooding is expected. Considerable
    flash flooding is possible where bands of heavy rain move
    repeatedly over the same area.
