* WHEN...For the High Rip Current Risk, through late Sunday
  night. For the High Surf Warning, from 10 AM Friday to 10 AM
  CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Breaking waves can sweep people off jetties and
  docks, and into dangerous seas. Life-threatening swimming
  conditions and significant beach erosion can be expected. Rip
  currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into
  deeper water.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Everyone should remain out of the water due to life-threatening
surf conditions. Stay off of jetties, piers, and other waterside
infrastructure.

Swim near a lifeguard. If caught in a rip current, relax and
float. Don`t swim against the current. If able, swim in a
direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the
shore and call or wave for help.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Walton County in the panhandle of Florida...

* WHEN...Until 1145 AM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Expect many
  areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1142 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly
    in the warned area. Between 7 and 12 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    De Funiak Springs, Eglin Air Force Base, Union, Liberty, Paxton,
    Alpine Heights, Oakwood Hills, De Funiak Spring Airport, Cluster

  are flooded at this level.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 11.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
    this evening to a crest of 19.9 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It
    will then fall below flood stage early Sunday morning.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 19.9
    feet on 05/02/2005.
