EVENING...

* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 110
  where sunshine persists the longest.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, southwest Pennsylvania, and
  northern West Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
  extreme heat and high humidity events.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

...EXTREME HEAT WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for east central Ohio, southwest
Pennsylvania, western Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

   Extreme Heat Warning.

Though timing and coverage remains uncertain, storms that do develop
will have the potential to result in severe weather with damaging
wind the most likely threat.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Thunderstorm chances continue Sunday into Monday with the severe
threat (favoring damaging wind) lowering each day while the flash
flood threat increasing, especially for locations seeing multiple
rounds of heavy rain.

Weather spotters are encouraged to report significant weather
conditions according to Standard Operating Procedures.
