...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM SUNDAY TO 6 AM
AKST MONDAY FROM NINILCHIK SOUTH TO HOMER...

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Visibility reduced to
  one half mile or less at times. Total snow accumulations of 4
  to 10 inches. North to East winds gusting 25 to 35 mph.

* WHERE...Western Kenai Peninsula, from Ninilchik south to Homer.

* WHEN...From 9 AM Sunday to 6 AM AKST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on hazardous travel. Blowing snow could
  significantly reduce visibilities.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light snow will develop Sunday morning,
  then intensify Sunday afternoon as winds strengthen. The worst
  conditions are expected Sunday afternoon through Sunday
  evening. Somewhat warmer temperatures will arrive Sunday
  evening, but there is uncertainty in whether it will warm
  enough to cause precipitation to mix with or change to rain.
  The most likely place to see some rain is in Homer near sea
  level.
