Winds and wind chills are much less severe in other areas. Winds at Point Lay are expected to decrease late this morning, and wind chills will become less severe then. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and sustained wind speeds of 15 mph or more will create low wind chills.
