...Snow for the Interior from Wednesday evening to Thursday...

A front moving into the Interior will bring a round of snow over
the Central and Eastern Interior beginning Wednesday evening
continuing into Thanksgiving Day. Snowfall totals in the 1 to 3
inch range are expected through Thanksgiving afternoon from
Fairbanks south and west. There is a slight chance that the
precipitation may begin as sprinkles or very light rain Wednesday
evening from Fairbanks south and west before quickly changing to
snow. Please exercise caution traveling on Interior roadways
Wednesday evening as any sprinkles or light rain that occurs
could effect the evening commute.

Snowfall will begin late Wednesday night north and east of
Fairbanks and will continue into Thanksgiving night where 1 to 3
inches of snow is expected. Rain or freezing rain is not expected
north and east of Fairbanks.
