...RAIN ON SNOW WILL CREATE SLIPPERY CONDITIONS...

Snow is changing over to rain through the area today. A
significant snow pack exists from the resent storm. Once the snow
completely changes over to rain, an extended period of rain on
snow is expected with rainfall continuing through Tuesday.

The rain will make snow removal difficult due to higher water
content making the snow heavier. Areas of compact snow will
become very slippery. There could also be areas of ponding of
water due to blocked culverts or drains.
