This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Puerto Rico.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

.Excessive Rainfall...Ponding of water in roads and poorly
drained areas across the interior and southwest PR. Urban and
small streams flooding is possible.

.Wind...Breezy conditions. Unsecured items could blow around.

.Marine Conditions...Seas equal or greater than 7 feet across
the offshore Atlantic waters. Hazardous conditions for small
craft.

.Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are possible in the
surf zone, particularly for beaches across northern, eastern, and
southeastern Puerto Rico.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Variable weather conditions will continue over the next few days,
heightened by trade wind showers driven by breezy to windy
trades. Patches of low-level moisture will move into the region
each day, leading to frequent trade wind showers. Fresh to locally
strong winds will maintain hazardous seas for small craft across
portions of the local waters. A moderate risk of rip currents will
continue, possibly becoming high by midweek.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is encouraged. Please relay any information
about flooding, winds, waves, and rip currents to the National
Weather Service in San Juan.
