* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow
  accumulations between 3 and 8 inches and ice accumulations around
  one tenth of an inch possible. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Arkansas and east central and
  northeast Oklahoma.

* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through late Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes.

* WHEN...From Tuesday evening through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could
  result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to
drip slowly.

Make sure outdoor animals have a warm, dry shelter, food, and
unfrozen water.
