much of Eastern Oklahoma.

RISK...Limited.
AREA...Southeast Oklahoma and West Central Arkansas.
ONSET...This Afternoon.

DANGEROUS HEAT.
RISK...Limited.
AREA...Eastern Oklahoma.
ONSET...This Afternoon.

FIRE WEATHER DANGER.
RISK...Limited.
AREA...Northeast Oklahoma...Mainly West of Highway 75.
ONSET...This Afternoon.

DISCUSSION...
Isolate to widely scattered thunderstorms will remain possible
this afternoon, mainly across southeast Oklahoma and west central
Arkansas. Drier air working in form the north will limiting storm
chances in those areas. While warmer temperatures can be expected
this afternoon across eastern Oklahoma, humidity values will be lower.
This will create a limited fire weather threat across parts of northeast
Oklahoma.

SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
Spotter Activation Not Expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.
THURSDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...No Hazards.
MONDAY...Dangerous Heat Potential.
TUESDAY...Thunderstorm Potential...Dangerous Heat Potential.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Upper ridging builds back in by Thursday and through the weekend,
bringing a return to hot and dry weather. Temperatures will once
again return to above normal with heat headlines possible by late
in the weekend and early next week.
