Scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop overnight in response to a seasonally strong cold front moving into the region. Northeast Oklahoma is most likely to see thunderstorms, through early Sunday morning. Organized severe weather is not expected, but a few storms may produce strong, gusty winds and brief heavy downpours. SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT... Spotter Activation Not Expected. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday. SUNDAY...Thunderstorm Potential...High Wind Potential. MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...No Hazards. FRIDAY...Thunderstorm Potential. EXTENDED DISCUSSION... Scattered showers and thunderstorms will remain possible behind the front on Sunday. A few storms could produce gusty winds, but overall the severe potential will be very low.
