This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for a Large Part of Arkansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight

A combination of heat and humidity will result in heat index
values of 105 degrees or more across the southern portion of the

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday Through Thursday

Hot and humid conditions will remain in the forecast through the
upcoming work week. High temperatures will top out in the mid to
upper 90s each day with heat indices in the 100 to 110 degree range
from Tuesday through Friday.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in

  White River At Augusta affecting White and Woodruff Counties.


Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.

River forecasts are based on current conditions and rainfall
forecasted to occur over the next 24 hours. During periods of
flooding...Evening forecasts are reissued with updated rainfall

The Flood Warning continues for
  the White River At Augusta.
* Until further notice.
* At 7:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 26.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to remain nearly steady over the
  next week.
* Impact...At 26.0 feet, Farm ground along the river in White and
  Woodruff counties begin to flood. Seasonal agricultural impacts.
