...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Arkansas...

  White River At Newport affecting Jackson and Independence
  Counties.

  White River At Georgetown affecting Woodruff, Prairie and White
  Counties.

  White River At Des Arc affecting Prairie County.

  White River At Augusta affecting Woodruff and White Counties.

  White River At Clarendon affecting Arkansas and Monroe Counties.

...The Flood Warning is cancelled for the following rivers in
Arkansas...

  White River At Batesville affecting Independence County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

River forecasts are based on current conditions and rainfall
forecasted to occur over the next 24 hours. During periods of
flooding...Evening forecasts are reissued with updated rainfall
forecasts.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...White River At Augusta.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 34.0 feet, Water around or approaching homes and
  camps along the river in White and Woodruff counties. Farm roads
  and county roads on both sides of the river are flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 32.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 33.3
    feet Tuesday evening.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

  - At 8:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 22.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.1
    feet Wednesday evening.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for a Large Part of Arkansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

There may be some isolated thunderstorms tonight across northern
portions of the state. The threat for severe weather remains low.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Chances for thunderstorms return to the forecast Thursday and
Friday as a new storm system moves through the region. A few
strong to possibly severe thunderstorms could be seen with this
activity...but the overall threat for seeing organized severe
weather is uncertain at this time.

Spotter activation will not be needed.
