This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for a Large Part of Arkansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible over much of
Arkansas today and tonight. While widespread severe thunderstorms
are not expected, a few storms could briefly become strong this
afternoon. Stronger storms will be capable of producing small hail
and gusty winds, as well as locally heavy rainfall.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday Through Saturday

Widespread heavy rain and thunderstorms are expected during the
workweek. At least localized flash flooding is likely, especially
across portions of western Arkansas. In addition to exacerbating
ongoing river flooding, this rain may cause additional rivers to
reach flood. Widespread severe weather is not anticipated this
week although isolated severe storms will be possible each day.

.Spotter Information Statement...

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
