The National Weather Service in Las Vegas has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  The Flag Burn Scar in...
  Southern Mohave County in northwestern Arizona...

* Until 215 PM MST.

* At 1124 AM MST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  thunderstorms producing between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have
  fallen so far just to the north and east of Pine Lake and Hualapai
  Mountain Park. Additional rainfall amounts of at least 1 inch are
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life-threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

  IMPACT...Life-threatening flash flooding.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Dw Ranch Road, Blake Ranch Road.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

This is a life threatening situation. Heavy rainfall will cause
extensive and severe flash flooding of creeks...streams...and
ditches.  If you encounter flood waters...climb to safety.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Arizona, southeast California and
  Nevada, including the following areas, in northwest Arizona, Lake
  Havasu and Fort Mohave, Lake Mead National Recreation Area,
  Northwest Deserts and Northwest Plateau. In southeast California,
  Cadiz Basin, Eastern Mojave Desert, Morongo Basin and San
  Bernardino County-Upper Colorado River Valley. In Nevada, Lake
  Mead National Recreation Area, Las Vegas Valley, Lincoln County,
  Northeast Clark County, Sheep Range, Southern Clark County, Spring
  Mountains-Red Rock Canyon and Western Clark and Southern Nye
  County.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of washes and
  other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Deep moisture will fuel thunderstorms capable of producing
    heavy rainfall.
