.Heavy rain is expected today through Monday morning. Debris flows
are going to be likely on the 2021 burn scars with possible debris
flows on older burn scars. Rain rates 0.50-0.75" per hour are
expected for a time in the morning hours into the evening with local
rain rates of 1.0" per hour. If you live near a recent burn scar now
is the time to prepare and listen to local officials for any
evacuation information. Snow levels will be high, starting around
8500 to 10000 ft for much of today, then lower later Sunday night
and Monday morning to around 5500 to 6500 ft.

A Flood Watch has been issued for interior Northern California
through Monday afternoon. Long duration moderate to
heavy rain will lead to urban and small stream flooding during this
time.
