* Until 1045 PM PST.

* At 450 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain causing minor
  urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. The heaviest
  rain extends from Chico and Oroville south to Sacramento and
  Stockton...up to an inch of rain is expected through 8 pm.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Sacramento, Stockton, Modesto, Elk Grove, Roseville, Fairfield,
  Vacaville, Chico, Citrus Heights, Tracy, Folsom, Davis, Rocklin,
  Woodland, Ceres, Galt, Oakdale, Oroville, Marysville and Orland.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause minor flooding of
small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and
underpasses as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
