...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM TO 11 PM PDT
SUNDAY...

* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts 35 to 50 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Northern Sacramento Valley, Central Sacramento Valley,
  Southern Sacramento Valley, Carquinez Strait and Delta,
  Northern San Joaquin Valley and Northeast Foothills/Sacramento
  Valley Counties.

* WHEN...From 5 AM to 11 PM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects, blow
  down weakened trees and cause downed tree limbs. Power outages
  are also possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.

.Heavy rain is expected Sunday morning through Monday morning.
Debris flows are going to be likely on the 2021 burn scars with
possible debris flows on older burn scars. Rain rates 0.50-0.75" per
hour are expected for a time tomorrow morning into the evening with
local rain rates of 1.0" per hour. If you live near a recent burn
scar now is the time to prepare and listen to local officials for
any evacuation information. Snow levels will be high, starting
around 8500 to 10000 ft for much of the day on Sunday, then lower
later Sunday night and Monday morning to around 5500 to 6500 ft.

A Flood Watch has been issued for interior Northern California from
Saturday evening through Monday afternoon. Long duration moderate to
heavy rain will lead to urban and small stream flooding during this
time.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM PDT THIS EVENING THROUGH
MONDAY AFTERNOON...

The Flood Watch continues for

* A portion of northern California, including the following areas,
  Carquinez Strait and Delta and Northern San Joaquin Valley.

* From 11 PM PDT this evening through Monday afternoon.

* Periods of moderate to heavy rain are expected late tonight
  through Monday.

* Roadway flooding expected

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
