...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 3 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
3 AM PDT THURSDAY...

* WINDS...Gusty northwest to north winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts
  between 35 and 45 mph between Gaviota and Refugio and adjacent
  foothills will develop late this afternoon into early this
  evening. Winds will continue through the overnight hours but
  weaken some after midnight.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will make driving difficult, especially
  for high profile vehicles. This includes Highways 101 and 154
  as well as Gaviota Pass and San Marcos Pass.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

When driving, use extra caution. Be prepared for sudden gusty
cross winds.
