The snow level will rise to between 5000 to 5500 feet on Wednesday. Total snow accumulations of up to three inches possible. Southerly winds could gust as high as 60 mph even below the snow level. Strongest winds will develop after 3 AM Wednesday morning. * WHERE...Santa Barbara County Mountains. * WHEN...From this evening through Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
