Strongest near the slopes and foothills. Gusts on the desert floors 40 to locally 50 mph. * Visibility...Patchy blowing sand and dust in the deserts will cause limited visibility at times. * Impacts...Hazardous travel conditions, especially for high- profile vehicles due to gusty cross winds and areas of reduced visibility. * Outlook...Winds decreasing Sunday morning, but still remaining on the gusty side from the north and northwest through Sunday night.
