Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3 feet above 5000 feet, up to 4 feet over peaks. Up to 5 to 10 inches between 4500-5000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 75 mph. * WHERE...Western Plumas County/Lassen Park County. * WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree damage. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heaviest snowfall expected Sunday night with snowfall rates up to 2 to 3 inches per hour at times.
