URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...Light Snow over the Sierra and Southern Cascades through this
evening...

.A cold winter storm will bring light snow over the Sierra and
southern Cascades this morning through this evening. The majority
of snow accumulation will be above 4000 feet, but we could see
some light accumulation down to 1500 feet late tonight.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM PST THIS
EVENING ABOVE 4000 FEET...

* WHAT...Snow occurring. Plan on slippery road conditions,
  including during the evening commute. Additional snow
  accumulations of 3 to 5 inches, with localized amounts up to 8
  inches, are expected.

* WHERE...Western Plumas County/Lassen Park and West Slope
  Northern Sierra Nevada.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM today.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
  times as breezy winds combine with snowfall.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
