Minden Area-Western Nevada Basin and Range including Pyramid Lake-
Including the cities of South Lake Tahoe, Tahoe City, Truckee,
Markleeville, Bridgeport, Coleville, Lee Vining, Mammoth Lakes,
Hawthorne, Yerington, Smith Valley, Mina, Schurz, Stateline,
Glenbrook, Incline Village, Sparks, Verdi, Gardnerville,
Virginia City, Fernley, Fallon, Lovelock, Silver Springs, Nixon,
and Imlay

...Rain and snow bands continue through this evening...

* WHAT....Periods of rain and mountain snow. Snow levels will be
  around 7500 feet. Additional mountain snow totals will be light,
  generally under 2 inches. Some valley locations could see up
  to 0.25" of additional rainfall.

* WHERE...The Sierra from approximately the Tahoe Basin south and
  western Nevada near and south of I-80. The heaviest
  precipitation is expected to be between US-50 and I-80.

* WHEN....This afternoon and evening.

* IMPACTS...Higher elevation Sierra Passes could be slick tonight,
  especially after sunset. This includes Mt Rose Highway, Luther
  Pass, and Carson Pass.
