The National Weather Service in Reno has extended the

* Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Snowmelt in...
  Mono County in northern California...
  Douglas County in western Nevada...
Southern Lyon County in west central Nevada...

* Until 1115 AM PDT Thursday.

* With increased temperatures persisting, rapid snowmelt will lead
to significant rises on rivers, creeks and streams across the
Eastern Sierra into parts of Lyon and Douglas Counties. This high
water is likely to last through at least June 20th.

* Minor flooding is likely along the West Walker impacting rural
roads and agricultural areas in Antelope Valley. Campgrounds along
streams in the eastern Sierra may also be impacted by high waters
  and flooding.

* The highest flows often occur in the evening or overnight, making
flooding much more difficult to see. Cold, fast moving water is a
real safety hazard. Even fit adults that fall into streams can be
  overcome by cold water shock.
