...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM PDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph. Wind
  prone areas along Highway 395 may see gusts exceeding 65 mph.

* WHERE...Mono County.

* WHEN...Until 2 AM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel may be difficult, especially for high profile
  vehicles. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Now is the time to secure loose outdoor items such as patio
furniture, holiday decorations, and trash cans before winds increase
which could blow these items away. The best thing to do is prepare
ahead of time by making sure you have extra food and water on hand,
flashlights with spare batteries and/or candles in the event of a
power outage.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 11 PM PDT
MONDAY...

* WHAT...Snow. Snow accumulations 2 to 6 inches below 8000 feet and
  along Highway 395, and between 6 to 12 inches above 8000 feet.
  Locally higher amounts up to 18 inches on the highest peaks. Winds
  gusting as high as 90 mph along the Sierra crest.

* WHERE...Mono County.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 11 PM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening
  commutes. Very strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees
  and power lines.

Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road
