Wind prone areas along Highway 395 may see gusts exceeding 65 mph. * WHERE...Mono County. * WHEN...Until 2 AM PDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel may be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Now is the time to secure loose outdoor items such as patio furniture, holiday decorations, and trash cans before winds increase which could blow these items away. Winds gusting as high as 90 mph along the Sierra crest. * WHERE...Mono County. * WHEN...From 2 AM to 11 PM PDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible.
