For the Wind Advisory, northeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected. * WHERE...The southern Oregon Cascades and Siskiyou Mountains, North Central and Southeast Siskiyou County, Northeast Siskiyou and Northwest Modoc Counties, and Modoc County. This includes Crater Lake, Mt. Ashland, Mt. Shasta, Tennant, Dorris, Canby, and Alturas. * WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to 10 AM PST Sunday.
