...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM PST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
  as 10 to 15 degrees below zero. For the Wind Advisory, northeast
  winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.

* WHERE...Lake, Klamath, Modoc, and eastern Siskiyou counties,
  including Klamath Falls, Lakeview, Alturas, Silver LAke, Christmas
  Valley, Chiloquin, and Chemult.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM PST Sunday. For
  the Wind Advisory, until 7 AM PST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged
  exposure. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
