For the Wind Advisory, northeast winds 15 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected. * WHERE...The southern Oregon Cascades and Siskiyou Mountains, North Central and Southeast Siskiyou County, Northeast Siskiyou and Northwest Modoc Counties, and Modoc County. This includes Crater Lake, Mt. Ashland, Mt. Shasta, Tennant, Dorris, Canby, and Alturas. * WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 10 PM Friday to 10 AM PST Sunday. For the Wind Advisory, from 10 PM Friday to 10 PM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Wind chill values and very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.
