dry fuels will result in critical fire weather conditions today.

...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM PDT THIS
EVENING...

* WIND...East to northeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 50 mph
  this morning. Highest gusts will occur across exposed ridgetops
  tonight. Winds will decrease by this afternoon.

* HUMIDITY...Daytime humidity values from 5 to 15 percent with
  very poor recoveries overnight.

* IMPACTS...Any new or existing fires will likely spread
  rapidly.Extreme fire safety precautions should be exercised
  to prevent any additional fires.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
