Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A moderate atmospheric river will begin to impact the area late Wednesday night through Thursday. 1.5 to 3.0 inches of rain is most likely over 24 hours. High resolution models indicate periods of rain rates up 0.5 inches possible over Mendocino and Lake Counties.
