In and around the Mountain and Lake burn scars, minor and shallow mud flows are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 601 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated moderate to locally heavy rain in the advisory area, with minor flooding already occurring. Between 0.3 and 0.6 inches of rain have fallen. Rainfall rates of two to three tenths of an inch per hour are expected in many locations through the evening. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
