Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 701 AM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain is diminishing. However minor flooding and continued runoff is ongoing or expected to persist in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain and runoff will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
