...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM PDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Minor coastal flooding expected at prone low lying and
  coastal locations across the coast during the high tide cycles
  of the Wednesday and Wednesday night into Thursday early
  morning.

* WHERE...San Francisco, Coastal North Bay Including Point Reyes
  National Seashore, North Bay Interior Valleys and San
  Francisco Bay Shoreline Counties.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only
  isolated road closures expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Storm surge of 1 to 2 feet will raise tidal
  levels. Flooding is expected to affect areas similar to those
  that flood in King Tide events. The astronomical high tide
  levels are expected to peak at 12:54 PM Wednesday and 1:18 AM
  on Thursday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.

...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 PM PDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northern California, including the following
  county, Sonoma.

* WHEN...Until 115 PM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 635 AM PDT, Rain has ended but small stream flooding is
    ongoing. Between 0.8 and 1.3 inches of rain has fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Sebastopol, Cotati, South
    Santa Rosa Cdp, Forestville and Graton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
